Terms
These terms are a draft for DisputeWorthy at disputeworthy.com. They are not a finished contract. A lawyer needs to review them before launch. The business name, country, and mailing address are still blank on purpose.
Who we are
DisputeWorthy is software. We are not a law firm, not a lawyer, and not your lawyer. Using the site does not create a lawyer-client relationship. We are not part of YouTube or Google.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. The verdict is a rules check, not a lawyer’s opinion. Fair use and ownership are decided case by case. We cannot promise that a dispute will win or that a claim will be released.
What you buy
The free check is a short first look. The full check costs $9 for one claim. You pay before we create the verdict. You get the verdict, the reasons, and a private link. If the rules say yes or maybe, you also get dispute text based only on facts you confirmed, plus a filing guide. You file the dispute yourself.
Your facts
You promise that the facts you submit are true and complete. Do not ask us to write something you know is false. You are responsible for what you paste into YouTube. A false dispute can lead to penalties, a strike, or other legal trouble.
What we refuse
We do not log in to YouTube. We do not file disputes for you. We do not write counter notifications. We do not write a dispute when our rules say don’t dispute.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with a paid check, email support@disputeworthy.com within 7 days of payment and we will refund the $9. See the refund page.
Age
You must be 18 or older to pay for a check.
Liability
This limit needs a lawyer’s wording before launch. Our intent is to cap our responsibility at the $9 you paid, and to exclude lost views, lost ad money, strikes, and channel loss, to the extent the law allows. Some places do not allow that kind of limit. If so, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
